Playing Hogwarts Legacy has been an absolute dream come true for any Harry Potter fan! I spent countless hours exploring every nook and cranny of Hogwarts Castle, discovering hidden secrets, and truly immersing myself in the wizarding world. But honestly, what really got me hooked was the combat system. It's so dynamic and engaging, especially when you start chaining spells together. One of the biggest challenges I faced initially was getting the hang of those duelling feats. Learning to seamlessly switch between offensive and defensive spells is key. For instance, mastering 'Protego' to block incoming attacks and then following up with a 'Stupefy' to stun enemies became second nature. And let me tell you, nothing feels more satisfying than successfully casting 'Expelliarmus!' to disarm a formidable foe like an Ashwinder Scout or an Ashwinder Ranger. The game really pushes you to think strategically in battles. When you're up against an Ashwinder Soldier, remember that levitating them can disrupt their 'Expulso' cast – a crucial tip! And those pesky Shield Charms? You absolutely have to break them, often with a well-timed 'Ancient Magic Throw' or by using a spell that matches the shield's color. It took me a while to get the timing right, but once you do, you'll be racking up impressive combos, sometimes even reaching 'Combo x13' like I did! Dealing with the Inferius can be tricky too; they're vulnerable to fire spells, so 'Confringo' became my best friend in those encounters. The variety of dark wizards, from Ashwinder Assassins to Rangers, keeps every encounter fresh and challenging. They often ask, 'How – how are you doing this?' as you defeat them, which is incredibly rewarding! I've loved every moment of my journey, from mastering spells to defeating dark wizards and completing various duelling feats. The sheer depth of the game makes me incredibly excited for what's next. Like many, I'm eagerly awaiting 'Part 2' and can only imagine what new spells, creatures, and storyline twists await us.
