Everyone’s bodies change throughout the day.
I wanted to make this post due to a lot of females feeling insecure about their body appearance. i wanted to show that my body even changed drastically throughout the day. even tho i get compliments on my body i still feel insecure at points due to bloating and normal body changes i see throughout the day.
diet also plays a part in how different you look throughout the day as well. my bloating used to be so bad before i started eating healthy, yet i still see normal bloating sometimes and do get insecure. but we are all human and all the videos and photos people post most of the time aren’t realistic and or angles.
don’t get me wrong a lot of people have great bodies, but the thing is people also don’t show the full picture of what and how they look behind social media.
i just wanted to post this so people see that this is normal !! keep working towards your goals don’t get discouraged it’ll pay off!! #bodydysmorphia #bodyneutrality #bodychanges #workout #workoutgirl #shareyourthoughts #gymlifestyle #gymbody
Our bodies are dynamic, with changes occurring due to various factors such as diet, hydration, and even time of day. Many individuals experience noticeable fluctuations in their appearance, with common concerns including bloating and perceived body shape changes. It’s important to recognize that these variations are entirely normal and affect everyone to some extent. Dietary choices play a significant role in how our bodies respond throughout the day. For example, after consuming a large meal or salty foods, it’s common to feel bloated or see physical differences in body shape. Keeping a balanced diet, rich in whole foods, can help in maintaining a steady sense of wellness and confidence. Additionally, staying educated about body image issues, including body dysmorphia and body neutrality, can be key in fostering a healthier relationship with our bodies. Remember that social media often presents a curated version of reality, and it's easy to fall into the trap of comparison. Taking a step back to focus on your personal progress can be more beneficial than fixating on how others appear. Be patient with your journey, celebrate your unique body story, and remind yourself that change is part of being human.
