私が行った「アット・ザ・マーキー（at the MARQUEE）」は、“庭園を歩いてたどり着く”体験込みで満足度が上がるカフェでした。写真を撮るなら、入口の暖簾や庭園の小道（苔や緑がきれい）、赤い和傘が見えるあたりが特に絵になります。店内に入ってからも、庭園を望む窓際席は光が入りやすく、ドリンクを手に持って撮ると雰囲気が出ました。 行く前に知っておくと助かるのが「整理券」。14:00のオープン直後は整理番号順に案内されるので、初訪問の人ほど早め到着が安心です。整理券の置き場所は駐車場側にあることが多く、取りに行く→庭園方面へ移動→呼ばれたら入店、の流れでした。写真目的でゆっくり構図を考えたい場合も、先に整理券を確保してから庭園を回ると焦らず撮れます。 メニューはスイーツとコーヒーが相性抜群。私が食べた「とろとろバスクチーズケーキ」は、中心はとろっと、外側は少ししっかりめで食感の差が楽しいタイプ。濃厚だけど重すぎないので、アメリカーノみたいなすっきり系と合わせるのが個人的に好きでした。パフェ（エスプレッソ×バナナ×キャラメルナッツ×バニラ系）は、ナッツの食感がアクセントで、写真でも層がきれいに見えます。 検索でよく見る「鳥栖 チーズフォンデュ」は、タイミングや季節メニューで内容が変わることもあるので、行く前に公式情報や店頭の案内で最新メニューを確認するのがおすすめです。もしチーズ系が目当てなら、売り切れや提供時間がある可能性も考えて、なるべく早い時間帯を狙うと安心でした。 席はテーブル/ソファなどタイプがあり、人数によって選べる範囲が変わることがあります。注文はQRから、会計は帰りに入口付近のレジで。90分制なので、庭園写真→スイーツ→店内写真まで撮りたい人は、入店後に撮影順をざっくり決めておくと時間に追われにくいです。夜はスイーツが売り切れることもあるので、「絶対これを食べたい！」がある日は早め訪問がいちばん確実だと思いました。
