How to be MATURE

Stop being a liar: liars are literally the worst! Has someone ever lied to you but you knew immediately that they were lying? It’s a terrible feeling

Stop being a bully: bullying trauma can stay with someone their entire life so instead of putting someone down, bring them up and give them happy memories

Know the right time to do things: um guys you don’t want to be awkward in public or look weak so learn social cues

Learn how to do things alone: are you still having your mom make your doctor appointments? It’s time to grow up girl. Make those stressful calls.

... Read moreMaturity is about taking responsibility for our actions and understanding the impact of our behavior on others. One key aspect of maturing is the ability to genuinely apologize when we make mistakes; this shows integrity and fosters better relationships. It’s also vital to recognize and combat bullying—both to prevent causing harm to others and to stand up for those who may be victimized. Learning to navigate social situations effectively can mitigate awkward moments; mastering social cues is essential for effective communication. Moreover, being able to do things independently is a hallmark of maturity. From scheduling your own appointments to cooking simple meals, developing these skills empowers you and builds your confidence. Embracing vulnerability and showing support for peers can also enrich your relationships, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Ultimately, the growth process involves continuous learning, adapting, and striving to be the best version of oneself, both for personal satisfaction and for the betterment of the community.

I had stuff on my phone that I didn't want others to see, this girl I'm not going to say her name (You know who You are) said she was going to tell her entire class about it when I told her not to specifically. so now I have to tell an adult before I get in trouble and before she spreads a nasty rumor through the school. which will ruin my reputation and I'm young so I have bullying trauma.. that will come back if she spreads that rumor.
