Last thought of the night…

Ahh… man. Today I started noticing I have been carrying this heavy kind of energy. Not the draining kind, but the kind that sits in your chest like a signal. Or a ticking clock. Promise, I’m ok! It is more of a feeling you get right before life pivots, when something in you knows a shift is coming long before your mind can make sense of it. It’s like standing in those final seconds of a tied game. You can feel the momentum tilting, the energy tightening, the whole atmosphere shifting, even though you can’t see the play that’s coming next.

It’s strange how the body feels these things first. The mind wants clarity, wants a label, wants to understand. But the deeper part of you just says, “Pay attention.” And that’s the space I think I’m in. Trying to stay aware. Maybe alert? But not anxious.

What I do know is this: heavy energy usually shows up when something in your life is rearranging itself for the better. It can be the weight of growth or the pressure of alignment in your goals/work. The tension right before clarity breaks through. Leaders feel this more intensely because we’re wired to sense change before it becomes visible.

So I’m not trying to force an answer. I’m not trying to decode the feeling. I’m just giving it room. Because every major shift in my life has started exactly like this — a heaviness that wasn’t meant to hold me down, but to ground me long enough to notice what’s rising.

Something is moving. Something is recalibrating. And even if I can’t name it yet, I can feel it preparing me for whatever comes next.

Rest easy everyone ✌️

... Read moreFrom personal experience, I've often noticed that this heavy energy feels like an internal compass, hinting at change long before external signs appear. It’s almost as if the body and intuition sync to prepare us mentally and emotionally for what’s unfolding, even when the mind craves clear answers. During these times, I find it helpful to practice mindfulness and stay present, allowing the sensation to guide rather than overwhelm me. I’ve learned that such heavy energy often accompanies phases where my life is realigning—whether in career, relationships, or personal goals. This tension can initially feel unsettling, but it’s important to recognize it as a natural part of growth rather than resistance or stress. Embracing vulnerability and acknowledging these feelings without judgment creates space for clarity to emerge. Leaders and highly sensitive people might sense these shifts more intensely, as they tend to be attuned to subtle changes in their environment and inner worlds. For them, harnessing this energy means balancing awareness with self-care to avoid burnout. Techniques like journaling, meditation, or simply resting can ease the pressure and help ground this energy as it unfolds. Ultimately, this heavy energy serves as a powerful reminder that transformation isn’t always immediate or visible but is happening beneath the surface. By honoring this process and giving it room, we prepare ourselves to welcome the new opportunities and insights that are coming our way with openness and resilience.
