Put a ring on it POT ROAST ✨

Okay I totally made that up. 😂😂 But today I did pot roast for dinner. If you’ve tried any of my recipes you KNOW I gets down in the kitchen and I don’t play.!!!! && this recipe will have em thanking God. The best part is it’s super easy. I paired mine with homemade mashed potatoes, cabbage, and sweet honey butter cornbread ofc 🩷.

Ingredients:

chuck roast

Green & orange bell pepper (whole)

Onion (whole)

Garlic (whole)

Pepperocini peppers (half jar)

Butter (1 stick)

Seasonings:

adobo

Ranch seasoning

Montreal steak seasoning

Gravy seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Beef bouillon seasoning

Recipe:

1. Turn on your crock pot and cover only the bottom with water. Wash meat and poke holes in it to allow for the season to get inside.

2. HEAVILY season your roast on both sides and place inside crock pot.

3. Roughly chop your veggies and add to your crockpot.

4. Add 1 whole stick of butter, and half jar of Pepperocini peppers with the juice.

5. Take 1 cup of water and heavily season with the same seasonings as your pot roast, mix together and pour inside your crockpot. (this will essentially become your gravy)

6. Cook for at least 7 hrs on high, or until falling apart on its own.

BONUS MASHED POTATOES RECIPE 😉

1. Use red potatoes. Wash && add to a pot of boiling water with chicken broth Tony sachers creole seasoning, black pepper, &&garlic powder. (Leave skin on)

2. Boil until fork tender.

3. Drain 97% water add heavy whipping cream &&butter.

4. Mash potatoes in pot, add more cream and butter as needed.

**5. Secret ingredient add chef Paul seafood magic seasoning and some fresh roasted garlic. 🤌🏽
