Day 17 of 40
I said I would double post a couple days ago but I never did!! My bad folks!!
Regardless at least I know I did go to the gym and was productive instead of worrying to post lmaooo, I got a life too you know!
I remember this day clearly, just got out of doing back and honestly seeing that my strength has gotten way better, I used to think body building means having a good body but not carrying much weight but that’s far from the truth!
I can do back row pulldown for 140 pounds clearly and bicep curl 40s with ease off rip! Mind you I weigh 145. Very blessed for this strength and can’t wait to see how much stronger I can get.

In the world of fitness, the journey towards strength is as significant as the results. Many beginners believe that bodybuilding is merely about achieving a great physique; however, it also involves mastering resistance and lifting heavier weights. During this stage of my journey, I've focused on developing techniques that enhance my performance. Tracking your progress in terms of weight lifted can provide immense motivation. For instance, achieving personal records in exercises such as the back row pulldown or bicep curls fosters not only physical growth but also mental toughness. When you push beyond your limits, every workout feels rewarding. Moreover, understanding proper nutrition plays a critical role in your fitness progression. Fueling your body correctly ensures you maximize strength gains while minimizing recovery time. Remember, hydration and a balanced diet rich in protein can aid muscle repair and growth. Finally, connect with a community of fellow fitness enthusiasts. Engaging in discussions and sharing experiences can bolster your motivation and provide valuable insights. Platforms like Lemon8 are a great way to document your journey, meet others, and celebrate milestones—because every step counts towards building your dream physique.
