This helps start the day with energy and keeps hunger at bay during exercise. One tip I’d share is to listen to your body — it’s okay to skip abs one day if your body feels dizzy or tired, like I experienced. Instead, focusing on other body parts like legs and glutes can keep the workout productive without overexertion. Plus, using resources like stair masters or other machines can add variety to a routine and keep things interesting. Lastly, accountability is key.
