The Workshop Coffee โ€“ Ho Chi Minh City

Tucked away in District 1, this industrial-chic cafรฉ is a must-visit for coffee lovers ๐ŸคŽ

High ceilings, big windows and plenty of natural light. The entire space feels calm, relax and perfect for slowing down.

This isnโ€™t just a pretty cafรฉ, itโ€™s a true specialty coffee spot and they do take their coffee seriously. The bar showcases different brewing methods like pour-over, AeroPress, and more, and you can really see the care that goes into every cup. The baristas here clearly know their craft.

โœจ Tried their iced filter and latte โ€” smooth, aromatic and super clean on the palate. For someone who doesnโ€™t usually drink filter coffee, I must say theirs really got me hooked. Every sip was well-balanced and so satisfying.

Also tried their cinnamon bun and it was served toasty and warm, not overly sweet, yet incredibly tasty. Soft, fragrant and the perfect pairing with coffee.

๐Ÿ’ป Bonus points for strong Wi-Fi, power sockets, and a work-friendly setup. Great for digital nomads or anyone who wants to enjoy good coffee while getting things done.

โ˜• If youโ€™re into specialty coffee, do bookmark and check out this place when youโ€™re in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Workshop Coffee
1/19 Edited to

... Read moreBeyond the inviting atmosphere and expertly brewed coffee, The Workshop Coffee also offers a range of single-origin beans that showcase unique flavors, such as SL28, SL34, Nyeri AA, and Yellow Bourbon. As a fan of specialty coffee, Iโ€™ve found that their iced filter coffee stands out distinctly โ€” smooth and aromatic, perfect for the Vietnamese climate. What really makes this cafรฉ special is their dedication to quality and variety. Whether you prefer the vibrant notes of a single origin or the balanced taste of their signature blends, each cup is carefully crafted and made to order. For those who enjoy working remotely, the cafรฉโ€™s fast Wi-Fi and ample power outlets create a seamless experience. On my visits, pairing their lightly sweetened cinnamon bun with a freshly brewed latte truly elevated the coffee experience. Itโ€™s not just about caffeine here; itโ€™s a celebration of taste and ambiance. For anyone exploring Saigonโ€™s coffee scene, The Workshop is definitely a hidden gem worth revisiting.
