๐ My Transtar Z Club Coach Experience to Genting
Recently took the Transtar Z Club Coach up to Genting and honestly, it was a pretty comfortable journey!
โ๏ธ Fast journey up the mountain with only 2 toilet stops, so you get to reach Genting quicker.
โ๏ธ Reclining seats that made it easy to relax and even nap along the way.
โ๏ธ Free WiFi onboard to stay connected throughout the trip.
โ๏ธ Personal TV screens with movies available if you want some entertainment.
โ๏ธ Coach attendant onboard, so help is always available when needed.
โ๏ธ Meals were provided and were decent enough for the journey.
While itโs not as spacious or luxurious as the Solitaire class, I still found the Z Club Coach comfortable and value-for-money for a trip to Genting. The seats were cozy, the ride was smooth and the journey passed by pretty quickly.
If youโre looking for a comfortable coach ride to Genting without splurging on the top-tier options, this is definitely worth considering! โฐ๏ธ๐ฐโจ
You can check out my other post here if youโd like to compare it with the premium Solitaire Coach. Personally, I think the Z Club Coach is already more than comfortable enough, though the Solitaire is definitely worth trying at least once!
Booked my ride on Easybook.com and the amount for two pax total up to $256 for round trip.

Read moreWhen I first heard about the Transtar Z Club Coach service to Genting Highlands, I was curious about whether it could balance comfort and affordability, especially since the premium Solitaire class seemed more luxurious but costly. After my recent trip, I can confidently say that the Z Club Coach offers a reliable and pleasant travel experience that meets the needs of most travelers.
One thing I appreciated was the efficient route up the mountain. The coach had only two brief toilet stops, which helped reduce travel time and made the journey feel quicker than I expected. The ride was smooth, without many sharp bumps or unnecessary delaysโa factor that made it easier to relax or nap during the trip.
The seats were quite comfortable with good recline capability, which allowed me to adjust my position and rest without feeling cramped. Unlike many regular coaches, the Z Club provided individual entertainment through personal TV screens stocked with a variety of movies and shows. This feature definitely helped pass the time, especially for someone like me who doesnโt always carry a tablet or book for long trips.
Free WiFi onboard was a nice bonus. It maintained my connectivity during the ride, allowing me to catch up on emails and browse social media, which made the journey more productive.
The presence of a coach attendant ensured that any questions or needs were promptly addressed. This kind of service adds peace of mind, particularly if you have luggage or specific requests.
Meals were basic but sufficient for the duration of the ride. Itโs not gourmet dining, but the food was decent and convenient, saving a stop for food along the way.
According to the OCR information from signage and promotional material onboard, services like GPS tracking, multi-channel entertainment, and seat belts are standard, emphasizing passenger safety and comfort. There are options for double or single seats when booking, and each passenger receives a bottled water, which adds to the thoughtful touches on this coach.
Booking through Easybook.com was straightforward, and the total cost for two passengers round trip was reasonable, especially considering the added amenities compared to a standard bus.
For travelers planning a Genting trip who want more than just basic transport but donโt want to splurge on the premium classes, the Transtar Z Club Coach strikes a great balance. Itโs perfect for families, groups, or solo travelers wanting to enjoy the scenic mountain journey comfortably and arrive refreshed.
Overall, my experience with the Transtar Z Club Coach was positive, and based on this, Iโd recommend it as a practical choice that offers solid value, comfort, and reasonable onboard services for the trip to Genting Highlands.
