happy Sunday lemon8ers! as we close out another week of 2024 and reset for the next week. I have some thoughts to share.
as I was resetting the house for the week I found myself being a little discouraged thinking of all the things I want to do, need to do, can't really do and just was bummed at what i HAVE to do... but somewhere in those thoughts I heard the small voice remind me that I'm currently doing things I had planned to do and creating the routine that I have always dreamed of.
today I am reminded that I am doing it. I am doing the hard work, the self work, the routine work. I am working on discipline and growth and showing up for myself. and I give myself grace and remind myself that it won't all change immediately... it's a process.
today I am proud of myself. not because everything went perfectly... but because I got up... and did it...inspite of... i got it done. and those proud feelings start becoming the loud voice I hear. rather than my doubt.
