reflecting on how the past year felt incredibly isolating for so many. it seemed like left & right people retreated into their own world, cutting ties & closing circles, shutting doors, & slamming boundaries. forced to avoid contact, when it feels like we should be coming together instead of drifting apart. more than ever, we need community, yet people have really just folded into themselves.
we should be unfolding, welcoming each other into our lives, lifting one another up, & ensuring we're all okay. when your circle is so small, who is there to check in on you?
