who wants cracked heels during sandal season? i use this 3-4 times a week to soften my feet

shower oils are amazing for hydrating your skin! especially after exfoliating or shaving.

properly moisturizing 🧴

i always make sure i apply my lotion to damp skin to lock in moisture

body oil ☀️

An important addition to exfoliation is targeting specific concerns like keratosis pilaris (KP) bumps. A weekly KP bump eraser with 10% AHA, like the one mentioned, can help even out texture on arms or other affected areas gently but effectively. Personally, I found that applying this on wet, clean skin with circular motions maximizes results without causing dryness. Foot care should not be neglected in the summer. Frequent foot exfoliation, 3-4 times a week, helps prevent cracked heels that are uncomfortable and unappealing during sandal season. Soft feet enhance overall comfort and confidence when wearing open footwear. Shower oils are a game-changer, especially for dry skin. Applying shower oil after exfoliating or shaving locks in moisture and strengthens the skin barrier. Some shower oils double as shaving oils, reducing irritation effectively. Follow this with proper moisturizing while skin is still damp to seal hydration, which I’ve found vastly improves how long moisture lasts throughout the day. Finishing touches like body oils provide an extra layer of hydration and an enviable glow, perfect for sunny weather. Applying body oil on extra dry areas after lotion really makes a noticeable difference in softness and radiance.
