is this amazon look-a-like worth it? 👜👀
i found this cute red bag on amazon that looks almost identical to the style of the coach ashton bag! it’s by far a lot cheaper than the coach bag, so i wanted to see how it compares!
unfortunately tho, i was a bit disappointed. while it is a lot cheaper, i feel like the quality is just not there. of course i wasnt expecting it to be exactly the same as my coach bag since it is a cheaper alternative, but for the price of the dupe i was hoping it would be better than it is!
either way, the style is still cute so if you’re just looking for a cheap alternative & don’t really mind if the bag doesn’t last very long, then its a very close look-a-like option!

As someone who loves fashion but is mindful of budget, I decided to give this Amazon red bag—a lookalike of the Coach Ashton—a real try beyond just appearances. One notable surprise was that the Amazon version actually offers an extra interior pocket compared to the Coach, which can be handy for organizing small essentials. However, the charm wears off when it comes to the materials: the Amazon bag’s strap creased badly just from shipping and stubbornly refused to smooth out, suggesting the material is quite delicate. I noticed the clasps felt flimsy, raising concerns about long-term durability. Threading inconsistencies also hinted at rushed manufacturing. While the price difference is undeniable—$32 for the Amazon dupe versus $118 for the Coach—it's clear you get what you pay for in terms of quality. If you’re looking for a stylish, budget-friendly option for occasional use or fast fashion purposes, this bag might be a suitable find. However, if you want a bag built to last and maintain its structure and appearance, investing in the Coach Ashton or similar quality bag is more worthwhile. Overall, this experience has taught me that when considering dupes, carefully weighing style, function, and expected longevity can help make the right choice for your needs.
