Sorrento , Positano , Naples , Capri

Here are some recommendations from my Trip to Italy this summer!

Tips:

*Don’t go in the middle of summer everything is more expensive and crowded. Rey shoulder season or pre-summer/late spring

*Book reservations 1-3 months in advance for excursions, restaurants etc.

*consider staying in Naples or sorrento because Amalfi is expensive.

Must-visit locations include Sorrento, famous for its stunning views and vibrant nightlife, and Positano, with its colorful cliffside houses and charming beach. In Naples, you can indulge in authentic Italian pizza at Pizzeria Oliva, while in Positano, Don Giovanni offers a fantastic dining experience. When planning your activities, consider taking a boat tour to explore the coastline from the sea or a cooking class to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine. Visiting Pompeii is another highlight that shouldn't be missed, providing a unique glimpse into ancient Roman life. For those looking to relax, find a beach club where you can unwind and soak up the sun. Accommodations vary widely, so for a more budget-friendly option, consider staying in Sorrento or Naples instead of the pricier Amalfi. Airbnb options like Raimo House in Sorrento offer a cozy atmosphere to return to after a day of exploring. Make sure to book reservations for excursions and dining options at least 1-3 months in advance, especially during peak season. Lastly, be prepared for some walking to fully appreciate the beauty and charm of this incredible Italian region.
