Baby Tyson will be 2 in Nov! 🫶🏾💕
Can you believe my heart dog, Baby Tyson, is almost two years old this November? It feels like just yesterday I brought him home, a tiny ball of fur. Now, he's grown into such a handsome, dark-colored dog with a personality as big as his heart! Life with him is never dull, and honestly, sometimes he's quite the little 'baddie' in the most adorable way possible. Take, for example, his daily interactions with our resident bunny. Just the other day, I walked into the bedroom, the sun streaming through the window, to find him sitting patiently on the light carpet, completely fixated. What was he observing? Our brown rabbit, perched calmly on the pristine white bedspread. He wasn't barking or chasing; just intensely watching, a silent conversation happening between the two. Sometimes, those 'observations' turn into playful pounces or a gentle nose boop, which I lovingly call his 'baddie' moves. He's never malicious, just full of playful energy! It’s these unexpected moments that truly make our #lemon8home feel alive. Being a #dogmom means embracing all these little quirks and living in a constant state of loving amusement. From the tiny paw prints on the clean bedspread to the impromptu zoomies across the living room, every day is an adventure. He's certainly my little #doginfluencer, always inspiring smiles and laughter with his charming antics. As I've cultivated a bright room atmosphere for us, I’ve learned that a truly pet-friendly home isn’t just about comfort; it’s about accepting the playful chaos that comes with a furry family member. The bed, for instance, is technically off-limits, but you can often find him curled up there, especially if the rabbit is also enjoying a snooze. It's their little secret sanctuary. His 'baddie' reputation really comes from his clever antics and mischievous streak. He's learned how to open the treat jar (a true master of mischief!), and sometimes, if I'm not careful, he'll sneak onto the bed for a forbidden nap right next to our rabbit. He knows he's not supposed to, but how can I resist that face and those soulful eyes? It's these moments of playful rebellion that make him so endearing and unique. He might "steal" a sock or playfully "herd" the bunny (always gently, of course!), making sure everyone around him is engaged in his little games. The bond he shares with our rabbit is truly special. They have their own language, their own routines. Every morning, after his walk, Baby Tyson will often go straight to the bedroom, find his spot on the light carpet, and wait for the rabbit to appear on the bed. It’s a ritual that never fails to warm my heart. They’re a mischievous pair, often conspiring in their own silent ways to get extra treats or a prime sunbathing spot by the window. As he approaches his second birthday, I'm just filled with gratitude for this incredible dark-colored dog who brings so much joy, love, and a healthy dose of playful 'baddie' energy into my life. Here's to many more years of Baby Tyson's sweet adventures!
