Budget-Friendly Amazing NYC Eats
I took a trip to NYC and spent weeks planning my meals, and here were my favs that were the BEST food for the LEAST amount of money!!!
With multiple locations, this is an easy stop to make!! I had this pizza at 2 am and it was the best. thing. ever. I don’t usually like pizza and this was amazing.
MY RECS: White Square Pizza (omg delicious) and the Pepperoni Pizza WITH HOT HONEY!!!
PRICING: 5.25 per slice, but they are HUGE, we ordered four slices for two people and could not finish.
The cutest coffee & breakfast shop, this offers specialty drinks, the basics, and an assortment of amazing pastries!! Was the cutest study place.
MY RECS: The Kouign Maman, basically a croissant but a million times better, and the Iced Honey Lavendar Latte. Bomb. So good.
PRICING: Drinks and Pastries range from $4-6, breakfast plates range from $10-$15.
Ok yes this is a bit more touristy but still AMAZINGGG. There is always going line, however it is worth the wait imo and it goes very fast.
MY RECS: It’s a pretty small menu, so you’ll be happy with anything. However, Make sure you get the tacos with everything on them and get a yum horchata!!
PRICING: $4-5 for tacos, $6-9 for quesadillas and mulas
This was a cute and quick stop. It’s not as flashy as the other places but it is still yum! Very small coffee menu, but the cookies are the main show so it’s ok. My latte was yum nonetheless.
MY RECS: Cornbread cookie, IK IT SOUNDS WEIRD BUT IT WAS SO GOOD.
PRICING: $5.25 per cookie/drink
Obviously you need to get a bagel if you go to New York, and this is where you need to be going!!! It had sweet and savory so I got a side of each!
MY RECS: The French Toast Bagel (mouth watering just thinking about it), and the bacon chive cream cheese. Sooooooooooooo good. Oh my goodness so good!!
PRICING: $3-10 dollars per bagel depending on what you get
Best food truck in nyc you can’t prove me wrong. I am a Birria taco connoisseur and this is my favorite to this day. The consume was peak and so were the tacos.
MY RECS: Just get the birria tacos and a consume pls
