I don’t think I was in the right mindset for the poetry book. This is one I think I should have read if I was more in my emotions. However, I wasn’t, and the poetry didn’t resonate with me as much. Still, there were a few poems that really stood out to me.
👍Pros: These poems are sometimes really short, others, are a bit longer. There’s some that would make really great social media posts and others are structured more as traditional poems. A little something for everybody.
