Four Widows Solving a Murder

⭐️Overall rating: 3/5

Synopsis:

This story takes place in Rhode Island. Four wives come together in spite of their differences and annoyances with each other to solve their husbands’ murders. By following clues and suspicions, the wives encounter a mob boss, a hired killer, and things their partners were trying to hide.

👍Pros :

Honestly, I really liked how one of the main characters was LGBT and that it added to her story rather than being her only character trait. Also that four women who initially didn’t like each other at the start ends up growing together in their friendship. The story overall is fun and at times a little goofy. This isn’t a gory murder mystery, but it still has a fair share of suspense.

🤔Cons: Honestly, there was a fairly big plot hole that I’m just having a hard time looking away from. In spite of that, this was still a fun read that just shouldn’t be taken seriously.

I probably would have rated this higher if I took it from more the bigness of Reality TV rather than the seriousness of a quadruple homicide.
