i hung out with friends and went to boston. well INNER boston. the tourist-y areas. im from the more so low income parts that’s kind of beyond repair.
i’ve gone into the city before multiple times.
copley, fenway, newbury st, seaport.
it’s all very pretty and nice and i see the appeal. but as someone who’s known financial instability my whole life. it always gives me bittersweet emotions. like i can look but dont touch. if i think about the extreme wage gap between me and those that live there, i get heartburn💀 which is… something-
