Chlorophyll Review
Okay so Obviously chlorophyll isn’t new on the market but it’s reaching popularity within a much wider audience in 2024 and I want to give my personal opinion on it since having started a few days ago.
I wanted to wait Atleast a week before I gave my opinion but I’m ready to talk about it right now 😂.
1. Let’s start off with the taste , I’m sure you’ve heard it or experienced it but this mess tastes like dirt. When I take a sip of it my mind automatically takes me to that after the rain smell and I know y’all all know what I’m talking about! The way that it smells outside after having rained all day is what chlorophyll tastes like lol.
2. Now this might be a complete stretch but my skin has been itching since taking this, it’s not an unbearable or all day itch but it’s definitely an itch present no matter how moisturized I am.
3. I had to pee Atleast 10 times the first day I drank it, even though I didn’t drink anything before bed i woke up with a full bladder rushing to the toilet.
On The bright side of it I’ve gotten used to the taste fairly quick and my urine has been pale yellow and odorless so with me having no real negative side effects I’m gonna ride it out until the full bottle is gone then I’ll update you guys again 🫶🏾😘
It's so interesting to hear about your first few days with liquid chlorophyll! That 'dirt' taste is definitely a common one, and it sounds like you're already getting used to it. Your personal take is super valuable, especially as more and more people are curious about adding this green drink to their routine. Many jump into trying liquid chlorophyll supplement hoping for a range of health and beauty boosts. Let's dive into some of the most talked-about benefits that users often seek. For many, skin health is a major draw. Anecdotal reports suggest that chlorophyll, with its antioxidant properties, can help in achieving clearer skin, reducing breakouts, and even contributing to a more radiant complexion by combating oxidative stress. It’s like an internal cleanse that reflects outwards! Beyond the skin, chlorophyll is widely recognized for its potential detoxifying properties. It's believed to support the liver in flushing out toxins, making it a popular choice for internal cleansing and overall well-being. People also swear by it as a natural internal deodorant, claiming it helps neutralize body odor and even bad breath. There's also a buzz around its ability to boost energy levels and support red blood cell production, potentially leading to improved oxygenation throughout the body and a feeling of greater vitality. Some users also report better digestive health and regularity. For women, specifically, there's growing interest in whether it can help balance hormones or ease menstrual discomfort, although this is largely based on personal experiences rather than extensive scientific studies. You mentioned taking it with water, which is a great way to start! To make it more palatable, especially if the taste is still a challenge, many people mix their liquid chlorophyll into smoothies, fruit juices, or even just add a splash of lemon. It's often recommended to start with a lower dose and gradually increase it to see how your body reacts. Consistency is key to noticing any potential changes. When you're ready to explore different options, stores like Walgreens often carry various brands of liquid chlorophyll. Many users specifically look for products like World Organic Liquid Chlorophyll 100 mg due to its popularity and perceived quality. It’s always a good idea to read reviews and check ingredients to ensure you're getting a high-quality product that suits your needs. Consider if you prefer liquid form, which is often praised for absorption, or if capsules might be a better fit for convenience, though the liquid is definitely the trending way to go! Your experience with itching is certainly unique! While it's crucial to listen to your body, more commonly reported, though still rare, side effects can include mild stomach upset, nausea, or diarrhea, especially if introduced too quickly or in high doses. Another important consideration is increased photosensitivity; chlorophyll can sometimes make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so don't skimp on sunscreen! Also, be aware that it can cause harmless discoloration of urine and stool, which is completely normal. It's fantastic that you're riding it out and planning a full update! Every body is different, and the journey with supplements like chlorophyll is truly personal.
