Daily Reminder- To Breathe and Not To Worry
Everything will be okay! I had to let go and give it to God. It took me a while to learn this but if it’s meant to be it will be. Don’t rush and force things because you want it right then and there. It doesn’t work that way. On my healing journey I’ve learned a lot and now I see why it’s okay to go at a slower pace and just let things fall into place on its own. That’s my daily practice in life and it’s been going great for me.
This is just some advice for you because you never know who needs to hear this. It’s okay love, it’ll all work it’s self out BAD TIMES ARE ONLY TEMPORARY! The good is coming. #healthylifestyle2024 #lifetips #lemon8 #Lemon8Diary #lemon8dairychallenge
We all have those days, don't we? Days where the world feels like it's spinning too fast, and worries pile up like unread emails. I've been there, feeling the pressure to constantly achieve, to fix everything, and to rush towards some imagined finish line. But what if the secret to a more peaceful, fulfilling life isn't about speeding up, but about learning to slow down and truly breathe? My journey taught me that it’s perfectly okay to embrace a slower pace. It’s a daily practice, really, to trust that things will fall into place when they’re meant to. This isn't about being passive; it's about being present and letting go of the need to control every single outcome. It's about recognizing that bad times are temporary, and the good is always on its way. Part of this journey for me has been adopting simple, powerful affirmations and daily habits. I often remind myself, "I deserve all good things. I'm powerful. I accept myself. It'll all be okay. I'm strong. I will achieve my goals and dreams. I can do it." These aren't just words; they're a shield against self-doubt and a beacon of hope when things get tough. When you truly believe you deserve good things, you open yourself up to receiving them. And what about those small, everyday actions? They might seem insignificant, but they're incredibly potent. I've started incorporating a few non-negotiables into my routine: I make sure to smile, even when I don't feel like it at first, because it genuinely shifts my mood. Drinking enough water keeps my body and mind clear. Moving my body, whether it's a walk or a quick stretch, helps release pent-up energy and stress. Most importantly, I try to remember why I started this journey – what my core values and dreams are. This gives me purpose when I feel lost. And finally, spreading love and positivity, whether through a kind word or a helping hand, creates a beautiful ripple effect that benefits everyone, including myself. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed, take a moment. Breathe. Remind yourself that you're strong, capable, and deserving of peace. Let go of what you can't control, and focus on the small, positive actions you can take. It's truly amazing how these little shifts can transform your perspective and bring a sense of calm to your daily life.
