Thank you, Off-Kai Expo!

My first convention as a virtual guest, as a vtuber, in California, and ON A ROBOT!!

It was such a joy meeting fans from around America and the world. I got to see so many irl faces of people I’ve only known by username up until this point. You guys have already made this birthday so meaningful, so thank you.

On Saturday I was one of the random meet-and-greets on the @iriam.us (IG) Cruise screen featuring my new model by @nexnoodlesoup (IG) and today I was running around with the OG model on my robot provided by the lovely people at @vtuberresearchclub (IG)! Thanks once again to all the artists and staff who made this day possible. 🍬✨

The technology behind being able to move around a convention hall remotely was breathtaking, and it added a completely different dimension to connecting with fans and attendees. One of the most special moments was meeting fans face-to-face who I had only known online through usernames. There’s something profoundly heartwarming about this kind of real-life interaction, bridging digital and physical spaces. It’s a testament to how communities built online can flourish into tangible friendships. My experience participating in the random meet-and-greet on the IRIAM Cruise screen introduced me to many new supportive faces, while presenting my new VTuber model created by nexnoodlesoup gave a fresh dynamic to my streaming persona. The day I spent running around with my original model mounted on a robot, provided by VTuber Research Club, was not only fun but also highlighted the creative collaborations driving the VTuber scene forward. Another exciting aspect was the collaborative energy from all the artists and event staff, who worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their passion for the VTuber world truly shines through events like this, making the entire experience feel like a celebration of creativity and fandom. For anyone interested in VTubing or digital streaming, Off-Kai Expo represents a wonderful opportunity to engage with the community, discover new technology, and get inspired by the artistic possibilities available today. I highly recommend fans and creators alike to dive into these conventions to grow both your fanbase and personal creative expression. Personally, this birthday was one of the most meaningful celebrations I’ve had, given the chance to share it with so many wonderful people both new and familiar. For those curious about what it’s like to be a VTuber on a robot at a convention — it’s an exhilarating, joyful ride, and I can’t wait for what next year brings!
