i won’t write a story, but i will share my truth. because in reality, the story is still being written…

the truth is, i’m so fckn grateful for it all. even the not-so-pretty days. because those days teach me too. they remind me that slowing down to rest is okay… essential, even.

i may not have all the words yet, but i know this much: gratitude changes the way you see your life. sometimes the “little things” we overlook are actually the blessings that have been carrying us the whole time.

so if you’re reading this, let this be your reminder to pause for a second and appreciate where you are, who you are, and everything that’s still unfolding for you 🤍

... Read moreLiving with gratitude has been a transformative experience for me, especially during times when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I’ve learned that saying "I'm living, I'm able, I'm breathing, I'm grateful" is more than just a mantra—it's a powerful way to center myself amidst chaos. One of the biggest lessons I've found is that the so-called “not-so-pretty days” are essential reminders to slow down and honor the need for rest. It isn’t a sign of weakness but a vital act of self-care. When we allow ourselves this pause, we start noticing the subtle blessings often overlooked, like the warmth of sunlight through a window, a smile from a stranger, or simply the ability to breathe deeply. Gratitude changes the lens through which we view our lives. It shifts the focus from what’s lacking to what sustains us. The little things, those everyday moments of kindness and presence, are truly what carry us forward. This perspective doesn’t erase difficulties but gives us strength and resilience to face them. If you’re on a similar journey, I encourage you to keep going. Take a moment each day to reflect on where you are and who you are becoming. Embrace the ongoing story of your life with kindness and patience. Remember, being able to live and breathe is itself a profound gift. Let gratitude be your compass as you navigate life’s twists and turns.
