Did anybody else tap in at the goodwill yesterday
I found some good fall staples for the kiddos for back to school clothes.
I spent $19.12 at the 1st store & $30 at the second & I also got myself 3 cute statement shakets for work 😉
Does anyone know when’s the next time they have another 50% off sale?
This seriously helped my pockets big time especially grabbing denim/jeans & sweater/hoodies that would usually be $7 & 🆙 for 5 kiddos!
My total was supposed to be close to $90 — $50 total? I’ll take it 🤩✌️
💌 Brand: Levi, Abercrombie, Gap, Zara
💵 Price: $50
✨Outfit Details: fall inspired for the kiddos + some cute oversized Ts
👍Pros : saved my household $40 that we can put towards groceries (family of 7, coscos our BFF lol)
🤔Cons: they need to have more of these 50% off sales every month to help families out with how the economy is dragging us for the filth lol
Purchased from: #goodwill
⭐️Overall rating: /10: 10/10
Additional Tips: don’t be like me… take a allergy pill and some water with you or before entering lol

Goodwill’s 50% off sale events are a goldmine for families looking to save on quality clothing, especially for growing kids needing seasonal wardrobes. These sales, often promoted as "one day only" events with extended hours (8 AM to 10 PM as noted in the recent August 18 sale), provide shoppers with deeply discounted prices on well-known brands such as Levi's, Abercrombie, Gap, and Zara. Shoppers can find fall staples including denim, sweaters, hoodies, and oversized tees perfect for back-to-school outfits. Planning ahead and staying informed about Goodwill’s sale schedule is essential. Sales like the 50% off event happen sporadically throughout the year; therefore, checking local Goodwill websites or signing up for newsletters can alert you about upcoming promotions. Many thrift shoppers recommend arriving early to these sales for the best selection. Moreover, budgeting wisely allows you to maximize savings. As highlighted, spending around $50 on items that would normally cost close to $90 means you can allocate the saved funds toward other family needs like groceries. This is especially beneficial for larger families managing tight budgets. When shopping at Goodwill stores such as Priest and Elliot or other local retail and donation centers, it helps to bring water and allergy medication if you are sensitive to dust or allergens often found in thrift store environments. Overall, thrift shopping at Goodwill during 50% off sales is an eco-friendly, wallet-friendly, and practical approach to seasonal clothing shopping. It supports community efforts by funding job training programs and aids families in dressing their kids stylishly and affordably.

Goodwill trips are a whole vibe. You never know what gems you're gonna find. Lowkey addicted to thrifting.
