I recently had the most incredible time there, and I’m still buzzing from all the cuteness. This isn't just a museum; it's a full-blown pink paradise experience that truly immerses you in Hello Kitty's world, nestled beautifully on Jeju Island in South Korea. From the moment I arrived, the exterior was absolutely captivating. The iconic pink and grey building, adorned with Hello Kitty's signature bow designs, instantly put a smile on my face. Right outside, a magnificent large Hello Kitty statue, wearing a charming pink dress and crown, greeted visitors. It’s impossible not to stop and take a dozen photos before even stepping inside – truly a vibrant, welcoming sight that hints at the magic within! I've seen photos of other Hello Kitty cafes, but this Jeju exterior felt uniquely grand and inviting. Stepping through the doors, I was transported. The museum portion is an absolute delight. There are so many interactive and beautifully designed spaces. I loved exploring the various themed rooms. One highlight was a charming pink room filled with shelves of adorable merchandise, from plush toys to unique souvenirs – it was hard to resist buying everything! Another exhibit showcased a beautiful white dress display, adding a touch of elegance to the whimsical surroundings. The attention to detail in every display is just incredible, making it a fantastic educational and entertaining experience for fans of all ages. The grand interior hall was breathtaking, featuring a towering display made of countless Hello Kitty plush toys, arranged like a giant, adorable cake or pyramid. It’s an absolute masterpiece and another perfect spot for photos. It felt like stepping into Hello Kitty's actual home – so charming and meticulously crafted. After soaking in all the museum's wonders, the Hello Kitty Cafe was the perfect place to unwind and indulge. The themed cafe interior is just as adorable as you’d expect, with plenty of cozy spots to relax. I enjoyed a delicious themed dessert and a coffee, all adorned with Hello Kitty's sweet face.
