Things I’m Doing To Become A Better Woman pt.4 🌸

Welcome back to my glow up series.

If this is your first time coming across my page, I create content on how to glow up & become the best version of yourself.

There’s obviously no special “recipe” on becoming the best version of yourself. You know yourself the best.

These are simply a few changes that I have been making/ make that has been changing my life.

🌸 CYCLE SYNCING:

Honestly this is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I saw a creator on TikTok talk about the benefits of cycle syncing. I researched/ tried some different methods,and have been sticking to them ever since. As women who menstruate, ovulate, and go through a magnitude of moods it’s important for us to learn what’s best for our bodies during our cycles. I recommend you research/ try what’s best for your body. Everyone is different.

🌸 MAXIMIZE DAY:

I made it a priority two years ago to make the best out of my 24 hours. That doesn’t mean I fill my day with meaningless “to do list” or tasks to feel “BUSY”. That just means, I choose the most important task that I need to complete and get them done with NO EXCUSES. I also allow myself time to unwind and relax.

🌸 FOCUS/ PERFECT NIGHT ROUTINE:

I know the “5am gym girlies” have popularized that the only way to have a productive day is to get up at the crack of dawn to hit the gym. However, everyone is not a morning person! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE getting up early to get my workout in, but this isn’t always the case. On the days that I know I won’t have time or energy to complete my entire TO-DO list, I will try to tackle what I can the night before. For example, if I have “facial” on my list and I know I want to sleep in the next day, I will get that out the way before bed. Productivity is all about planning!
