Being a licensed esthetician for seven years, I've seen how important self-care can be for mental and emotional wellness. Moreover, my journey as a 'GirlMom' has taught me resilience and creativity in parenting while balancing my career. Engaging in fitness and healthy cooking allows me to foster a happy and healthy lifestyle for my family, which is incredibly fulfilling.
