Low on energy but still want to move? This side-lying series is gentle, grounding, and perfect for building strength without overexertion:
Straight Leg Lift – 12 reps
Bent Knee Press (press heel up toward ceiling) – 12 reps
Leg Circles – 8 small circles each direction
Complete all three on one side, then switch. Go for 2–3 rounds total. These moves fire up your glutes and hips while keeping things low-impact and restorative. Perfect for slow mornings or winding down at night. Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.
