Strengthen, lengthen, and feel the burn 🔥 with my three favorite Pilates moves.

Hundred: Lying on your back with legs lifted, pump your arms while breathing in and out for five counts each, wakes up your core fast.

Single-Leg Stretch: Hug one knee in while extending the other leg long, switching sides with control to target the abs and improve coordination.

Leg Circles: Lying down, extend one leg up and draw small controlled circles to challenge stability and strengthen your hips. Pilates magic in minutes! ✨
