Hello, honestly, I'm proud to present my first braces story, which changed my face from my back 🦶 to my face. 🤚
I am a person who has no confidence since the beginning of the age of 10, a child who loses a lot of personality, many teeth, many teeth, making an introvert, not socializing until the beginning of Secondary 2, seeing friends braces, it feels beautiful, looks cute, so I asked my parents since then because I want to have new friends (sorry, father, sorry, mother)
I finally got 4 teeth braces ready to put on iron, sound, tools, doctor to extinguish, grate, enjoy good ears, hahahaha. Go through the first night... Oh! It hurts. It hurts a lot of teeth!! I can only eat porridge without chewing. The size of the vegetable in the porridge is not chewing. Almost a week I took off my heart. I want to take the iron out. No, then tell my friends not to braces if you want to eat good things, hahahaha.
Over the past two years, the pain has begun to feel, the teeth are lined up beautifully, and I started to take pictures of myself from the moment of the first braces, and I felt, uh, to myself that when the glowing of my nose came up, whoa, before the orthodontic, my nose wanted to be called there.
I have to tell the official audience that I have come a long way from the same. My braces have built a lot of confidence, or this is called self-improvement. I'm not sure, but my life after that has been great. I have more friends and my own society. And more importantly... I have a new life.
Finally, this post is not intended to boast, it just tells the experience of a child who wants to have a face in the society he grew up in, and this is my first stage of self-improvement (but my parents pay 😂), without thinking that just "braces" can make me who I am today.

การจัดฟันไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่กระบวนการปรับเรียงฟันเพื่อสุขภาพช่องปากที่ดีขึ้น แต่ยังส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางร่างกายและจิตใจของผู้ที่ใส่เหล็กจัดฟันอย่างเห็นได้ชัด เด็กชายในเรื่องราวนี้เริ่มจากความไม่มีความมั่นใจ เนื่องจากฟันเหยินและฟันซ้อนที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อบุคลิกและการเข้าสังคม ฟันที่ไม่สวยงามมักทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกกังวลและความเขินอาย ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นในหลายๆ คนที่มีลักษณะฟันผิดปกติ การตัดสินใจจัดฟันของเด็กชายในวัยเรียนมัธยมต้นจึงเป็นจุดเปลี่ยนครั้งสำคัญ ไม่เพียงแค่ช่วยให้ฟันเรียงตัวสวยงามมากขึ้น แต่ยังเป็นแรงผลักดันให้เกิดความมั่นใจในตัวเองและเปิดโอกาสให้มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมมากขึ้น ในช่วงแรกของการจัดฟัน ความเจ็บปวดจากการถอนฟันและการใส่เหล็กจัดฟันถือเป็นอุปสรรคที่ทำให้หลายคนยอมแพ้ แต่การอดทนกับความเจ็บนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องใช้ความมุ่งมั่นอย่างสูง อย่างที่เรื่องเล่าระบุไว้ว่าในคืนแรกที่ใส่เหล็ก ต้องรับมือกับความเจ็บปวดจนแทบไม่สามารถกินอาหารได้อย่างปกติ แต่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปฟันเริ่มเข้าที่ เหล็กจัดฟันก็กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวัน ความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางโครงหน้า เช่น ดั้งจมูกที่ดูเด่นขึ้นกว่าเดิม เป็นสิ่งที่น่าประหลาดใจและเป็นสัญญาณบ่งบอกถึงพัฒนาการทางกายภาพที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดฟัน จากประสบการณ์นี้ยังชี้ให้เห็นถึงผลดีของการจัดฟันที่มากกว่าความสวยงาม เพราะยังช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ใหม่ให้กับผู้จัดฟัน การมีโครงหน้าที่สมดุลและฟันที่เรียงตัวสวยงามช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าสังคม และพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างเพื่อนได้ดีขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อการเติบโตทางจิตใจของวัยรุ่น อย่างไรก็ตาม การจัดฟันต้องทำภายใต้คำแนะนำและการดูแลจากทันตแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เช่น ฟันผุหรือเหงือกอักเสบระหว่างการรักษา การดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากอย่างถูกต้องควบคู่กับการดูแลเหล็กจัดฟันจึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นเพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ออกมาดีที่สุด ท้ายที่สุดนี้ การจัดฟันไม่ใช่เรื่องของความงามเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการลงทุนในสุขภาพจิตและการพัฒนาตัวเองที่มีผลต่อชีวิตอย่างยั่งยืน เหมือนกับเรื่องราวของเด็กชายคนนี้ที่ได้พิสูจน์ว่า แม้จะเจ็บปวดแค่ไหน แต่ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ทำให้ชีวิตเปลี่ยนไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นและมีความสุขมากขึ้น
