Push + Core
Day 2 of Sustain using the @the ladder app on Team Ascend with Coach Aria.
I got a little footage of me actually doing the workout. Working on my angles. But as usual I included my full workout.
Also the stair master cut off on me at the 9 minute mark. Definitely was a sign to get off 😆

Incorporating effective core and back exercises into your fitness routine is essential, especially for postpartum recovery. Exercises like planks, bird-dogs, and kettlebell deadlifts can significantly enhance your core strength while stabilizing your back. It's important to focus on form to prevent injury and maximize benefits. As you progress, consider integrating equipment like resistance bands or stability balls to intensify your workouts. Additionally, listen to your body; if you encounter fatigue or discomfort, allow yourself time to rest and recover. Engaging in physical activities that are enjoyable, such as dance or yoga, can also complement your core and back workouts. Lastly, joining a community or engaging with others on platforms like Lemon8 can provide motivation and shared experiences that contribute to your fitness journey. Sharing tips on postpartum and plus-size fitness can create a supportive network that encourages each member to achieve their health goals.
