Some Positivity

I wrote this a few months ago to re-iterate to myself that I am enough especially on the days that I feel depleted, anxious, depressed, lonely and just really needing encouragement. I hope by sharing this someone may find solace in my words. I’ll leave you with some scriptures that a further solidifies my point:

John 15:1-8 ❤️

“I am the vine and my father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me as I have also remained in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain on the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine you are the branches. If you remain in me and I am you, you will bear much fruit apart for me. You can do nothing. If you do not remain me you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers. Such branches are picked up thrown into the fire and burned if you remain and me and my words remaining, you ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you. This is to my father‘s glory that you bear much fruit showing yourselves to be my disciples.”

Philippians 4:6❤️

“do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving, present your request to God and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Jesus Christ.”

Psalm 32:1 ❤️

“Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.”

Psalm 34:22❤️

The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.”

Psalm 34:18-19❤️

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from all.

Thanks and have a blessed day! 😊

... Read moreIn challenging times, it's vital to seek encouragement from both personal experiences and spiritual wisdom. Embracing a positive mindset not only helps in overcoming feelings of anxiety or loneliness but also cultivates resilience. Reflecting on scriptures such as John 15:1-8 teaches the importance of staying connected, likening faith to branches that thrive only when rooted in a strong foundation. The world can sometimes feel heavy, and it’s common to face moments of depletion or depression. However, through prayer and reflection, as encouraged in Philippians 4:6, we can find peace that surpasses understanding. The act of presenting our struggles to God brings comfort, reminding us that we are not alone. Additionally, verses like Psalm 34:18-19 resonate deeply during trying times. They remind us that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and that deliverance is possible. This belief instills hope, suggesting that there are brighter days ahead. To foster this positivity in daily life, consider starting a gratitude journal or engaging in affirmations that reinforce your self-worth. Surrounding yourself with supportive communities and uplifting messages can also serve as a vital source of strength. By internalizing these teachings and maintaining a positive outlook, we empower ourselves to rise above adversity, creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful. Remember, you are worthy of love and grace, and resilience can often be cultivated through community, prayer, and the truths found in scripture.
