My goals for 2025

✔️My main goals for 2025 are prioritizing movement more, incorporating more veggies back into my diet and making more foods from scratch.

🏋🏼‍♀️Prioritizing movement is so important to me because it helps my mental health. But on top of that I just had my 3rd baby and I’m trying to get back to feeling Good mentally and physically!

🥗 I’ve had three back to back pregnancies and anyone who’s been pregnant knows food aversions are REAL. I struggled with eating super healthy while pregnant and I’m ready to change that and eat cleaner this year.

👩‍🍳making things from scratch is important to me because we are sticklers for reading labels. We avoid A LOT of ingredients in prepackaged and processed foods. And the easiest way to avoid those things is by making them at home.

✨overall✨ my main goal is honestly just to live a healthier lifestyle. With being pregnant so much in the last few years it’s been really really hard to prioritize these things.

I can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2025.
