Reset & Rebuild

The past six months reminded me that life happens.

I stepped away, got distracted, and allowed myself grace.

During that time, I gained 13 pounds and I’m actually happy about it.

My body was fed, supported, and strong enough to carry me through a season of pause.

Now I’m back, more intentional than ever.

The focus moving forward:

• lose body fat

• build lean muscle

• strengthen my core

• and yes , earn the six-pack I’ve been working toward

My goal this year is to stay around 165–170 lbs, bring body fat to around 25%, and increase muscle mass to at least 115 lbs.

Consistency matters , not just for me, but because you never know who’s quietly watching and finding motivation through your journey.

This is just the beginning again.

I experienced a six-month pause, during which I gained 13 pounds, increasing my body fat to 32.8% and weight to 173.1 lbs. Initially, it was challenging to step away from my routine, but I realized that staying gentle with myself was crucial for mental and physical recovery. Now, with renewed energy, my focus is on reducing body fat to around 25%, increasing lean muscle mass to approximately 115 lbs, and achieving a strong core, including the six-pack I've always wanted. Consistency is my mantra, recognizing that progress isn’t linear, and every effort, no matter how small, contributes to my overall health and well-being. For anyone on a similar journey, remember that setbacks do not define you—your commitment to keep moving forward does. Tracking key metrics like weight, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and health scores provides motivation and insight into how your body responds to your workouts and nutrition. Incorporating strength training and core-focused exercises has been essential for me, alongside maintaining a caloric intake that supports my goals without neglecting nourishment. Through this experience, I’ve learned that the path to fitness is personal and flexible, and embracing change with grace can lead to sustainable success. If you're restarting your fitness journey after a break, consider setting realistic, measurable goals and celebrate your progress along the way. Share your story—your consistency can inspire others who are quietly watching and looking for motivation. This is truly the beginning of a new chapter in health and vitality.
