mental burnouts are extremely tough, give yourself grace but sometimes you’ve got to tell yourself B*TCH GET UPPPPPP!!!!! #mentalhealth #jadyncross #parati

... Read moreIt's incredibly common to find yourself in a deep state of mental and emotional exhaustion, sometimes for what feels like an eternity. When I shared my experience of being in a 'mental burnout' for three years, I knew many of you would relate to that feeling of being caught in a 'stuck frozen mode.' It's not just feeling tired; it’s a profound weariness where even the simplest things start feeling like the biggest, most insurmountable challenges in the world. This isn't just about physical fatigue; it's a draining of your mental and emotional reserves until there's seemingly nothing left. You might find yourself hitting a wall, unable to concentrate, losing interest in things you once loved, and feeling completely disconnected. My own journey involved losing the 'fire' I once had for creating, feeling like I was just going through the motions. It's a heavy burden, making daily tasks feel like monumental efforts, and it can leave you questioning your own capabilities and passion. One of the hardest parts of mental and emotional exhaustion is the internal battle between giving yourself grace and knowing when you need to push. I learned that while self-compassion is vital – you absolutely need to acknowledge your feelings and rest when genuinely needed – there's also a point where too much 'grace' can keep you in that same stagnant position. Sometimes, as hard as it sounds, you have to find that inner voice that tells you to 'get up' and take a small step, even if it's just getting out of bed or sitting in front of the camera for a few minutes, as I did. To move past this, it’s about finding a balance. Start by identifying what truly drains you versus what genuinely recharges you. For me, attempting to work out often feels like pushing through a barrier. It’s not about grand gestures but consistent, small actions. Maybe it's setting tiny goals, like taking a 10-minute walk, reconnecting with a hobby you used to love, or simply allowing yourself to feel what you're feeling without judgment. It’s about slowly rebuilding those mental resources and reigniting that inner 'fire.' Remember, you're not meant to stay stuck. While it takes time and effort, and some days will be harder than others, it's possible to navigate through mental and emotional exhaustion. Be kind to yourself, but also challenge yourself with gentle persistence. It's about finding that sweet spot where you honor your need for rest while also prompting yourself towards growth and rediscovering the joy and purpose that life has to offer.

These exercises are glute dominant because there is constant tension on the glutes throughout the entire range of motion. The constant tension not only maximizes muscle contraction but also prevents blood from escaping the glutes - this produces a burn and pump! 🔥 ▫️Hip thrusts rank the highest

saying phrases are quick and easy to say when having a moment. simply stating, “no shame zone” stops me in the moment from allowing my thoughts to spin out of control. enjoying me time and being in solitude to read and write down my feelings gives you the opportunity to put thoughts out on paper
