Fresh Pineapple Scent Routine 🍍
Heyyyy! I’ve been waiting to post this routine because I actually used the Tree Hut products and body glow oil the other week but I wanted to wait until I got the Hempz body mist to post about it!! First of all, the pineapple Tree Hut smells like REAL pineapple! I’m pretty sure if someone blindfolded me and let me smell it and real pineapple I probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference, it’s THAT good. Next I went in with the body glow oil from PINK. Unfortunately it’s been discontinued but luckily you can still find it on sites like Mercari. I love this stuff because it gives your skin a GLOW, rather than just big chunks of glitter like some shimmer and glow oils if that makes sense? It smells good too which is something I often notice is off with some ‘glow’ products. I love the PINK body oils because they absorb fast and are more like a gel so they’re not so runny. Now on to the body mist. WOW. My boyfriend LOVES it and I do too! It also smells edible! I was a little nervous before smelling it because I was worried it wouldn’t have enough pineapple scent to it but it definitely does! It smells so fresh and clean but also like a fruity summer drink. Hempz makes a body wash, lotion, butter, body oil, hand cream, lip gloss, and lip mask and I’m highkey tempted to buy the rest of the collection but I think I’ll wait til next summer because I switch to my fall scents on Sunday haha. Finally, I actually lost the perfume I wanted to pair with this; the English Laundry Oxford Bleu scent I got from Scentbird last year. I’m sooooo upset because I love that perfume. But I decided to pick a summery scent to go with it and decided on Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue. Although the notes don’t really match, I think it balances out the sweetness of the other products and adds depth. Overall I’m super happy with this routine and definitely recommend every single product used!!
