Caramel Apple Scent Routine 🍏🍬

Hey everyone! I’m back at it with another edible scent routine!! Fall is the perfect time for a caramel apple routine but funny enough I didn’t think of how I was gonna do it til last night lol. I started off with the Dove scrub…tbh I’m not a huge fan of it. I can’t put my finger on what I don’t really like though. Then I went in with my Country Apple body wash from Bath and Body Works! I got it a few years ago when they brought it back for a limited time. Unfortunately they don’t have it every year. When I got out I used my Canvas Beauty Caramel Creme Brûlée body oil. I LOVE the Canvas Beauty body oils. This is my second one; I also have the Marshmallow Toast one. The consistency is so nice, the scent lasts, and I love the bottle and dropper because they’re plastic rather than glass for safety! Then I finally made use of the Apple Rush lotion and body mist from PINK and it’s literally so good. It has a honeycrisp apple note as well as a caramel vanilla note and it’s perfect for this routine! I chose the Demeter Caramel perfume to balance out the apple mist and lotion and it all came together so well! Lastly I combined the Honey Apple EOS lip balm with the Kylie Skin Vanilla Caramel lip butter to make an apple/caramel lip combo. It’s really hydrating and smells good…weirdly enough I think the EOS one is more hydrating than the kylie skin one for 1/4 of the price 😱 Anyway, lmk if you like any of these products or would try this routine and have a good week!

... Read moreOkay, so you've seen my go-to caramel apple routine, but let's dive even deeper into how you can truly smell like a delicious fall treat! I know finding that perfect scent can be a journey, and sometimes you need a few more options or tips to make it truly *you*. First off, if you're hunting for the best caramel perfume or a perfume that smells like apple pie, beyond the Demeter Caramel I use, there are so many gems out there! Think about perfumes with notes of baked apple, cinnamon, vanilla, or even a hint of brown sugar. For a true apple scented perfume, look for crisp, juicy apple notes, and if you want that cozy pie vibe, seek out those warm spice blends. Some popular ones I've heard amazing things about (and are on my wishlist!) include Kilian's Apple Brandy on the Rocks for a sophisticated take, or even some indie brands that specialize in gourmand scents. Don't forget that layering different perfumes can also create your own unique apple pie blend! Speaking of layering, that's truly the secret to making your apple perfume or any scent last all day! Starting with a good base is key. The original article mentioned a scrub, and while my Dove scrub wasn't perfect for me, using any exfoliating scrub (like one with fruit extracts or even an apple cider vinegar body scrub if you're into DIY) helps prepare your skin to really hold onto fragrance. Clean, moisturized skin is a scent magnet! After showering, always apply a caramel skin lotion or a rich body oil like the Canvas Beauty Caramel Creme Brûlée body oil I adore. These not only hydrate but create a barrier that traps your fragrance. I find body oils, especially those with a subtle caramel scent, really extend the life of my perfumes. For those wondering what flavor goes good with green apple in a scent – beyond caramel, think about creamy vanilla, warm cinnamon, nutmeg, a touch of cedarwood for warmth, or even a hint of praline. These notes complement apple beautifully and can transform a simple apple scent into a rich, complex gourmand experience. If you're really aiming to smell like apples all day, consider investing in a matching body wash, lotion, and mist set, like the PINK Apple Rush range. This builds a strong scent foundation. And for my lip balm lovers, combining a honey apple balm with a vanilla caramel lip butter, like I did with EOS and Kylie Skin, isn't just for hydration – it subtly carries that delicious scent with you, adding an extra layer to your overall fragrance profile. It's a small detail but makes a big difference! Experiment with different combinations! Maybe you love a crisp apple body wash with a deep, rich salted caramel perfume. Or perhaps you prefer a lighter best dessert perfume layered over a strong apple lotion. The fun is in discovering what makes you feel amazing and truly embodies that sweet, cozy caramel apple vibe. Fall is the perfect time to get creative with your fragrance wardrobe!
