Healthy Habits to start with in 2024

here are some things that i’ve been doing starting 2024

drinking at least a bottle of water before doing anything else.

making sure i don’t drink caffeine as soon as i wake up.

drinking up to a gallon of water daily

going to the gym for at least 45 minutes

these may be little things to start with because i know one day i want to try 75 hard
