This practice has proven to be therapeutic, fostering self-discovery and allowing me to create a positive dialogue with myself. Additionally, I recognized the importance of surrounding myself with like-minded individuals. The people we choose to engage with significantly influence our mindset and behavior. By connecting with those who share similar passions and positivity, I found myself becoming more aligned with their uplifting energy. Lastly, I learned that it's essential to stop striving for universal approval. The pressure to meet everyone’s expectations is not only exhausting but also counterproductive.
