It’s been 3 years since my baby gained his wings🪽😇
I’ll never forget the day my daughter ran in the house and told me that my son was hit by a car. It’s like time immediately began to move in slow motion. It never occurred to me that the last thing he’d say to me is mommy can “so &so” watch me outside. I said yes not knowing it’d be the last time I’d hear his voice.
Oh how I miss him!!
He was only 5 🥹😫😭❤️🩹.

No matter what age a child is a mother shouldn’t have to bury a child. I wish i could turn back the hands of time. My life will never be the same. God my father in heaven above is thee only way that I am getting through. It has been by far the worst pain I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. #missingmybaby #LLI5 #wearahelmet #griefjourney #Lemon8Diary #transparency #Godgotme #drivethespeedlimit #donttextanddrive

The loss of a child is an unimaginable experience for any parent, and it brings forth immense grief. Many families face this heart-wrenching situation, often due to preventable accidents. It's crucial to advocate for child safety measures, such as proper traffic control in neighborhoods and wearing helmets while playing outside. According to research, pedestrian safety statistics show that children ages 0-14 are at high risk of injuries in traffic accidents. Initiatives like speed tables can significantly reduce the likelihood of accidents. Additionally, sharing personal stories of loss can raise awareness about the importance of discussing safe driving practices, like not texting while driving and adhering to speed limits. Supporting one another through grief is essential; many find community among those who have gone through similar experiences, making resources like support groups invaluable. As we remember Isaiah and others like him, we emphasize how vital it is to protect our children and honor their memories by advocating for safer environments. Through transparency and education, we can work together to prevent future tragedies and ensure that every child can play freely and safely.
