Oh my goodness, you guys! I just wanted to share a little more about my absolute cuddle bug, Garfield Jr. As you can see, he's a master of relaxation, and sleeping is definitely his superpower! I often find him curled up in the most adorable positions, just like in this picture where he's snoozing peacefully on our textured grey sofa, one little paw stretched out, eyes completely closed. It melts my heart every single time! It got me thinking about why we cat parents are so obsessed with our furballs' sleeping habits. Is it their utter innocence? Or maybe how they just look so content and carefree? For Garfield Jr, being a cute, light orange tabby kitten, every nap is a photo opportunity. He really embodies that classic 'sleep and eat' Garfield vibe, but in the most charming, kitten-like way. Sometimes he'll even sleep with his face totally burrowed, which is just the funniest thing – you can barely see his nose! It always makes me wonder what dreams he's having – probably chasing endless bowls of treats or a giant yarn ball! One of the most endearing things about Garfield Jr is his versatility in napping. One moment he's stretched out long and flat, the next he’s a tiny, perfect ball of fluff. I've even caught him in that classic 'face down' pose that looks so incredibly comfortable, even if it seems a bit strange to us humans! It’s these quirky little habits that make each cat so unique and lovable. I think it’s a testament to how safe and loved they feel when they can just completely let go and sleep anywhere, in any position. Honestly, Garfield Jr provides endless material! I’ve found that the best cat DPs capture their natural charm without too much fuss.
