Whip cream

For a chocolate version, sift in a tablespoon or two of unsweetened cocoa powder with your powder sugar. A little lemon zest adds a bright, fresh flavor, and a pinch of cinnamon or even espresso powder can elevate it for different occasions. Keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It usually stays fresh for about 2-3 days, though you might find it settles a bit.
