First up, my commitment to reading more books. It’s not just about hitting a number; it’s about expanding my mind and finding new perspectives. I'm aiming for a mix of non-fiction for personal growth – think self-help, biographies, and even some history – alongside heartwarming fiction to unwind. My strategy? I’m setting aside 30 minutes every evening, right before bed, to dive into a good story instead of scrolling. I’ve also joined a local book club (and, of course, the #lemon8bookclub!), which keeps me accountable and introduces me to titles I might not have picked up otherwise. There’s something so enriching about discussing a book with others, and I truly believe reading is a cornerstone for continuous personal development. Next, eating cleaner. This isn't about restrictive diets for me; it's about nourishing my body so I feel energized and vibrant. I've started by meal prepping healthy lunches on Sundays, which saves so much time and prevents last-minute unhealthy choices during busy weekdays.
