Oh sweet beautiful girl, every woman goes through this. It’s part of postpartum depression. It can hit you at anytime especially after a couple of kids. If you start to feel too much and I’m sure you know what I mean by that. Talk to your doctor. Let him know what you’re going through. Now with that out of the way. I’m going to let you in on a big secret. None of the people you see on these apps have it together. Their house looks clean because they are only showing you the clean rooms. The rooms that their children aren’t allowed in. Or they have a lot of help. People on the internet only show you what they want you to see. It’s not the real them. Not only are you doing great but by being yourself and sharing your life, your thoughts, your family, and fears. You’re helping others by sharing all of this! You’re letting them know that they are not alone. They feel the same way and it’s okay. Life gets hard and messy but in those times beautiful things happen. If it was always easy you would miss out on the beautiful. You are a beautiful woman, wife, and mother. Don’t be so hard on yourself and don’t be so quick to judge.
