How I cleared my acne in one week
Minus the hyperpigmentation…I was able to clear my acne breakout with these three products ! The before and after is exactly one week apart, now I just need recommendations to help clear my dark spots 😅@theordinary @PanOxyl #acneskincare#hyperpigmentationcare
In my experience clearing acne quickly, consistency and the right combination of products were crucial. I started by using PanOxyl Acne Creamy Wash for both face and body, which contains 4% benzoyl peroxide. This ingredient is well-known for targeting existing acne and preventing new breakouts by killing acne-causing bacteria and reducing inflammation. I used it twice daily, allowing it to sit on my skin as a mask for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing off, which really helped to calm active breakouts. Another important step was incorporating a gentle exfoliating toner with salicylic acid and AHAs. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that penetrates pores to exfoliate and clear out impurities, effectively reducing blackheads and whiteheads. The exfoliation also promotes skin cell turnover, which contributes to smoother, clearer skin. The toner I used was alcohol-free, which is important because harsh alcohols can dry and irritate skin, worsening acne. To further target clogged pores and prevent breakouts, I applied The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% solution after cleansing and toning. This lightweight serum helps to exfoliate inside the pore lining and keeps skin clear. Applying salicylic acid consistently led to fewer breakouts and a more even texture. It's important to note that while this routine cleared my acne within a week, hyperpigmentation and dark spots from previous breakouts took longer to fade. For treating those, I recommend incorporating products with ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, or alpha arbutin to brighten and even out skin tone. Wearing daily sunscreen is also essential since sun exposure can worsen dark spots. Based on my personal journey, a simple but targeted skincare routine using benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid toner, and salicylic acid serum can deliver fast results against acne. However, patience is key for addressing residual hyperpigmentation. Always patch test new products and consult a dermatologist if your acne is persistent or severe.

Use vitamin c for dark spots I recommend the vitamin c dr. Althea serum!!
