Long term good habits are the key to success🫶🏻

Routines might seem mundane and boring, but that is the way to go! If you do not put in the consistency into building a routine, then it will be hard to achieve goals.

Celebrate every small win! This is the main thing that really worked for me. Even if it is as small as doing good on a practice MCAT full length.

Finding accountability partners so that you can motivate each other will always help you get through it.
