Which pattern do you fall under??
If you are always procrastinating, then you should have this information. I believe that you cannot tackle a problem unless you know how the problem actually arises.
1. If you are a perfectionist, then the main reason you procrastinate is because you doubt that you might not get a job done perfectly and therefore you avoid even the possibility of trying it. Or if a task did not get done perfectly, then you put it off because it reminds you of how it does not align with your perfectionist attitude.
2. The avoider will always prefer to avoid complex situations, instead of tackling them! For example, you already know that the MCAT is hard, why even try studying for it.
3. The thrill-seeker. If there is no thrill, and the task seems mundane, then you will put it off even if you know that you will be thrilled by the results in the long run.
