Postpartum Edition
Swipe to see my before/starting picture!
After being an athlete for so long and into fitness for YEARS, nothing could have prepared me for how my body was going to change after having a baby.
I don’t have the “snap back” story unfortunately. What I do have is the mindset to start on my journey and believe that even though it would be hard to get my body back to where it was, it is for sure not impossible.
Now at 52lbs down from when I gave birth and 30lbs down from the picture to the right (in August) I couldn’t be more fueled to keep pushing.
Follow me along my postpartum journey for workouts, tips & advice from a postpartum momma that is embracing that she didn’t have a SnapBack immediately but a comeback that is P E R S O N A L 😤😤

Postpartum recovery is a profoundly personal journey for many women. While some may expect a quick "snap back" to pre-baby bodies, it’s essential to recognize that every woman's experience is unique. Many women face challenges such as hormonal changes, fatigue, and time constraints while balancing motherhood and personal wellness. Incorporating gentle movements and stretching can help ease the transition. It's encouraged to focus on building a sustainable fitness routine that meets individual needs and abilities rather than striving for unrealistic standards. Nutrition plays a crucial role in postpartum recovery too; eating balanced meals supports energy levels and overall health. Connecting with other postpartum moms through support groups can provide motivation and accountability, creating a community that uplifts and inspires each other as we embrace this new phase of life. Remember, progress is a journey, not a destination.

Ma’am!!! You just don’t understand how inspiring this is. We’re literally shaped the same your before. I had my daughter in 2023 and still haven’t found a routine the suited me.
