📍Mongkok Dimsum

3/7 Edited to

... Read moreIf you're exploring Mongkok Dimsum, don't miss out on some of their other popular dishes like beef century egg porridge and the pork & mango & shrimp rolls featured in their menu. These options add variety to your meal and showcase the chefs' skill in combining unique flavors. From my experience, the beef horfun stood out for its tender beef slices and well-balanced taste, making it highly recommended for first-timers. The dim sum overall offers a good mix of textures and fillings, satisfying for a dim sum lover looking for quality without breaking the bank. Prices here are surprisingly affordable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great choice for casual lunches or evening food hunts. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for foodies exploring the area or groups wanting to share a variety of dishes. For those curious about local dining culture, Mongkok Dimsum provides a genuine taste of traditional dim sum with a modern touch. It’s ideal to visit with friends or solo for a quick but fulfilling meal. Check out their signature dishes and enjoy a casual, flavorful dining experience you’ll want to revisit!

This dimsum restaurant allows use of CDC vouchers!
My first time trying Yum Cha despite knowing about it previously, and good thing is now I can use CDC vouchers to pay!! We visited the Chinatown outlet and tried some of the SG60 dishes alongside their main menu items, overall the dimsum quality was very good and the SG60 menu was very creative

Trying viral places in Hong Kong
1. 通达食店 ⭐️4.5/5 📍yau ma tei Curry fish balls (咖喱鱼圆) is an iconic street food in Hong Kong. The fishballs have a very bouncy texture and no fishy aftertaste. The flavorful curry sauce is a MUST to go with the fishballs. As for someone who can eat spicy, the curry sauce is really spicy! 2.
